He has extensive experiential knowledge of more than 20 years on a range of areas, for example, improve livelihood, promote advocacy, strengthen governance, promote gender equality and social inclusion; social mobilization, and enhancing institutional, managerial and technical capacity of different level stakeholders like CBOs, Farmer/NRM groups, NGOs and government line agencies primarily in community/local development, agriculture, water and forestry sector. Moreover, I have extensive experiential knowledge on programme and financial management including planning, supervision, monitoring (progress and compliance), and evaluation, reporting and knowledge management, policy analysis, advocacy and lobbing. Equally, I have been involved in study and research activity in development and distribution of resources, opportunities and services, and benefits derived from.

Additionally, involved in social analysis using a number participatory tools like social mapping, power analysis, well being analysis, exclusion analysis, gender analysis, mobility analysis, income and expenditure analysis, governance assessment and others. I have applied a number of tools to promote governance and social justice such as social audit and public hearing. Involved extensively in design and delivery training/workshops, develop training manuals and information education and communication/extension materials. Besides, provided strategic and technical support to the civil society organizations to implement the planned activities and do away with the socio-cultural, structural and systemic barriers that exclude the women, children, poor and marginalized caste and ethnic groups, basically to promote social justice, ensure social inclusion and enhance the access to, and control over resources, services, development opportunities for the citizens.
